Generally its either good on tap during DLD, really fresh. Otherwise do not open the bottle for at least a year. Its is cloyingly sweet and needs a very long time to mellow out. I’ve been to DLD for four years now, and can confidently say that the level of variation in each year’s batches are pretty drastic.
