Magic Kingdom does not have any bars, and so there is no takeout alcohol at Magic Kingdom available for purchase . But you can still buy alcohol at Magic Kingdom in any sit-down restaurant!
There are no alcoholic beverage allowed anywhere in the Magic Kingdom . You may walk around the parks (except the Magic Kingdom ) with an adult beverage in hand. You do not need to be seated in a restaurant to enjoy your drink. Epcot is a particularly festive place for beer lovers.

Disney security will not allow outside alcoholic beverages into any of the theme parks or water parks. But there are some places on property where guests can provide their own drinks! Outside alcohol is allowed in the Disney Resort hotels as long as it isn’t carried or consumed by anyone under the age of 21, of course.
Just like the rest of the Magic Kingdom, Gaston’s Tavern , a counter-service restaurant found in Fantasyland, does not serve alcohol , but you won’t be missing a thing when you order a LeFou’s Brew.
The Magic Kingdom continues to have more restrictions on service than other Disney World locations. At the Magic Kingdom , you can only buy alcohol at select table service restaurants, and the only alcohol available at those locations is beer, wine, and hard cider – there are no spirits available.
Smoking areas will no longer be present in our domestic theme parks, water parks and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Guests may use designated smoking areas outside of the parks, at Disney Resort hotels and at Disney Springs.
Despite being a favorite of many Animal Kingdom fanatics, you could easily miss Dawa Bar, as it has next to no signage and is actually overwhelmed by Tusker House signage. The bar serves a variety of beers, specialty cocktails, and wine.
